A Bit About Me
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, my journey began in education with Teach for America, where I served as an English teacher after graduating from the University of North Texas. My early experiences ignited a passion for coaching and development, leading me to become an instructional coach, where I supported teachers in refining their skills and enhancing student outcomes.

Eager to deepen my expertise, I pursued a master's degree at Southern Methodist University, which opened new opportunities for leadership. I transitioned into roles as an assistant principal and now proudly serve as a principal, dedicated to creating a nurturing and empowering environment for both staff and students.

My commitment to personal growth led me to the CAPP Institute, where I became a certified Personal and Executive Coach. I am passionate about helping others unlock their full potential, guiding them to become the most productive versions of themselves. Through coaching, I strive to inspire individuals to embrace their strengths and drive meaningful change in their lives and organizations.
